EHD is dedicated to the well-being of its employees. Throughout the year EHD employees have the opportunity to participate in mental and physical wellness programs. This month, they started a six week “Stress-Less” program. Each week there is a new strategy to destress. Strategies include laughing, reading, making yourself a priority, counting your blessings, cleaning it up and money management. Small focuses can make a big difference in relieving anxiety. Competitors are motivated and rewarded with prizes. The Stress-Less challenge is another example of EHD’s commitment to its employees through a few of its core values – Teamwork, Dedication and Fun.
