Safety in the Workplace
SQG’s safety motto is “Safety First, Safety Always”. Every SQG employee reviews a copy of SQG’s safety manual. The safety manual is retained by the SQG Site Manager and the working Supervisor. SQG will perform safety audits to ensure all SQG employees are in compliance with all applicable Customer and SQG policies and procedures.
In the event of an OSHA recordable accident or near-miss incident, the SQG Supervisor will issue a report to the SQG Director of Operations and SQG President. The SQG Supervisor is responsible for coaching SQG employees on safety work practices and habits.
All SQG employees on site at the customer location will be provided the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All SQG employees are expected to report any unsafe condition to their working Supervisor and/or Site Manager immediately.
